In 2014, Consola began as a guest DJ for the parties Dirty Disco and Daddy Issues. These two queer club parties began in Houston, Texas, created by Houston Eagle owner Mark De Lange and former Dirty Disco co-producer JD Arnold. The party initially traveled to fellow Eagle-branded clubs and bars in America and Canada, happening at least eight annual parties. In 2018, Consola was brought on to build and DJ both parties, eventually becoming the sole owner of Daddy Issues party brand. Consola quickly expanded Daddy Issues and the Dirty Disco parties to twelve recurring cities in America, Canada, and Mexico, with new cities slated for 2022. His traveling Dirty Disco club, whose largest party attracts up to 1,000+ attendees at Chill Bar Palm Springs, a monthly residency for Consola, expanded in 2021 & 2022 to now include the cities of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Seattle, Portland, San Antonio, Long Beach, and Denver where the parties will take part in each city’s LGBTQAI+ Pride Celebrations.  In April of 2023, Matt expanded the Dirty Disco brand in Palm Springs to introduce Dirty Disco Presents: Tea at Reforma, Palm Springs’s newest queer-owned & operated superclub, one of the largest nightclubs in Southern California. Presented as a daytime Tea Dance, Dirty Disco celebrates an iconic 70s Discotheque each month. The April event called Dirty Disco Presents: Tea At Studio 54 welcomed original Studio 54 DJ Robbie Leslie to spin alongside Consola for a 5-hour set of classic and updated classic Disco, Funk, New Wave, and Nu-Disco. An immediate success in welcoming 882 patrons through the door, the event that was supposed to be held every other month was quickly changed to a monthly. However, in the summer of 2023, The Dirty Disco Afternoon Tea’s were rebranded as DaddyPop! – An Afternoon Tea will expand from a playlist of remixed disco hits to a more broad repertoire of Vocal House & Tea Dance Classics from the 70s to today’s biggest hits.
