Finish your journey in the iconic city of Amsterdam on its 750th anniversary with a three-day adventure at The Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam, the historic building, the former Music Conservatory of Amsterdam turned luxury hotel. Explore amazing Amsterdam and discover incredible cuisine, the artistry of Dutch classical musicians, and the iconic art of the Dutch Masters.

Day 1: Amsterdam
Upon disembarking The Gentleman in Dusseldorf, we’ll board a high-speed train to Amsterdam for our first class 2 ½ hr rail journey. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a Transcend Cruises representative and transferred to The Conservatorium Hotel. There, you will check in and, if you wish, go out and explore the city on your own. Your Transcend Cruises local host can offer suggestions. Join us this evening at the hotel for a festive welcome reception.

Day 2
Amsterdam is called the Venice of the North for a reason: canals crisscross the heart of the old city, and bridges link approximately 90 islands. The city’s fathers demolished most of the old city and built it new, creating Europe’s first planned city. That “new” district is now 400 years old, and as you glide along the main canals, you’ll pass stately merchants’ houses built centuries ago. A canal cruise also gives you a look at the busy modern city.

Following, we join an expert art historian guide who will help you navigate the most renowned collection of Dutch and Flemish art and artifacts in the world. After your guided tour, you’ll have time for independent exploration before joining your fellow travelers for a private performance and incredible Dinner at RIJKS. This Michelin-star venue has curated an incredible menu for you, and Chef Joris Bijdendijk will join the group for a farewell toast.

Day 3: Amsterdam
After breakfast at the hotel, your extraordinary journey will end. You’ll be transferred to the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) for your flight home. Though your journey is over, we know the memories will last for years.
