  • Port fees and taxes are billed at $399 per guest for all stateroom categories and $699 per guest for all suite categories.
  • Suite 302 is designated for disabled guests. Wheelchair or walker access is available between the reception and Suite 302 only. The bathroom includes one sink (instead of two), and the toilet is not separated, unlike other suites.

Program Cost Exclusions

Passport fees, visas, and visa photos as required; personal expenses such as full-service laundry, telephone calls, and meals other than those specified; accident/sickness, trip cancellation, and baggage insurance; optional sightseeing excursions; baggage charges imposed by airlines; local and international departure air/airport taxes; airfare, ground transfers, and associated local taxes, airport facility and security taxes, and federal inspection fees not listed in the “Program Cost Inclusions” section; meals, alcoholic or other beverages, and all other services not explicitly mentioned as included.

Program Size

The Nobleman accommodates up to 168 guests in a variety of stateroom and suite configurations.

Reservations, Deposits & Final Payment

To confirm your reservation, a $950 per person deposit is required for the cruise program. A $250 per person deposit is required for the optional post-cruise program. Final payment is due 120 days prior to departure.

Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Reservations are accepted in order of receipt and are subject to availability.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellations made from booking up to 120 days prior to departure will incur a $950 per person cancellation fee for the cruise program and $250 per person for the optional post-cruise program.
  • Cancellations received 119 days prior to departure through the day of departure will result in full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected interruptions, cancellations, or lost baggage. Coverage for pre-existing medical conditions may be waived if insurance is purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit. Guests who would like assistance selecting or purchasing travel insurance are encouraged to contact Anna Moon, who will be happy to help.

Neither the Panama City Symphony nor Transcend Cruises, including their representatives, employees, or agents, assumes responsibility for costs or losses related to trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, or airline penalties associated with non-refundable tickets.

Air Arrangements

Airfare is not included in the program cost. Airline tickets constitute a contract solely between the traveler and the airline. Neither Transcend Cruises nor the Panama City Symphony accepts liability for airline schedule changes, cancellations, or penalties.

What to Expect / Physical Health

All participants must be in generally good health and capable of independent mobility. Any medical condition requiring special assistance must be disclosed at the time of reservation. Guests must be able to embark and disembark the ship, navigate stairs, and walk moderate distances.

Guests requiring assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support. Those with heart, lung, or mobility conditions should consult a physician prior to departure.

Preparing for Your Journey

Comprehensive pre-departure information, including packing suggestions and travel tips, will be provided prior to departure.

Changes to Itinerary, Program & Staffing

Transcend Cruises reserves the right to adjust itineraries, dates, accommodations, staffing, or program elements as conditions require. Pricing is subject to change based on fuel costs and currency exchange rates.

Responsibility

Transcend Cruises and the Panama City Symphony act solely as agents for the passenger in arranging travel services and are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond their control, including force majeure events, transportation delays, mechanical issues, or acts of third parties.

Personal Information

Personal information provided by participants is kept confidential and shared only with service providers as necessary to operate the program. Participants may opt out of sharing their email address on the participant list.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos taken during the program may be used for promotional purposes by Transcend Cruises or the Panama City Symphony. No compensation is provided for such use.
